Nashville Fairest of the Fair Pageant Application

Thank you for your interest in competing in the Nashville Fairest of the Fair Pageant! Please complete the following application in full. This form helps us get to know you and prepare for on-stage introductions. Please note we will be reading directly from this application while each contestant is on stage; no personal addresses or phone numbers will be released. Registration fee of $50 is due at the time of application submission and can be paid via PayPal or Venmo which you will receive. No entries or cash will be accepted at the door. Should you want to enter the optional Photogenic Category for each division, the price is an additional $15. Winner of the oldest age division will go on to compete at the Fairest of the Fair State Pageant January 14-16, 2027 in Murfreesboro, TN.

Photo Submission
At the bottom of this form, you will have the opportunity to upload 1 recent photo of the contestant (headshot or upper body preferred) with the contestant's name and age group. This photo is not judged and is used strictly for committee use unless you would like to enter the optional Photogenic Category. *An additional $15 will be required for the Photogenic Category in addition to the registration fee so please include it for a total of $65.
